I was allergic to my laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Go ‘free and clear’. And maybe sensitive skin body washes and lotions. Good luck.

Try to get an allergy test from the GP/ dermatologist. I use epaderm cream and then put epaderm ointment over the top. It’s called slugging and locks in the moisture. Everyone’s skin is different tho.

Using less skincare as they’re just full of chemicals and just focusing on my mental health has been the only thing that works , e.g meditation / yoga, my eczema stays away when I stick to it xx

Try and see if it syncs up with your cycle? There are certain points in our cycle where our histamine is heightened x

I’ve found la Roche posey AP cream for my body and the baume version for my face to be a lifesaver! Keep on it consistently and that’s when I’ve noticed a change, also use epiderm ointment for my forearms as I find it soothes the creases there a lot better, and I use a thin layer of aquaphor on any really dry patches on my face xx

As a psoriasis girly, oatmeal baths, tanning, or ask your derm for a trimcinalone cream prescription, also recommend a food allergy test and cut out allergens

How simple can life be? In the quiet villages of Romania, where time seems to stand still, you’ll often find a scene that feels pulled straight from a forgotten world: an old woman, bent with age but still strong, scattering feed for her chickens. It’s a moment that speaks of a life lived in tune with the land, where traditions and daily rhythms haven’t changed in generations. Romania’s rural heart beats in places like these, where small farms still thrive and self-sufficiency is a way of life. Over 45% of Romania’s population still lives in the countryside, a stark contrast to the urbanization of much of Europe. This rural tradition is one of the last in Europe where people raise livestock, tend their gardens, and keep chickens, just like their grandparents did. It’s a land where the past is very much alive, from the wooden fences to the painted wells. There’s a deep sense of connection here—between people, animals, and the earth. Watching her work, you can’t help but wonder: what stories does she carry from a century of life in this village? What lessons do we lose when the simplicity of rural life fades away?
