I stopped all services that require tips. Sucks cooking at home, i won’t stiff a server and i can’t support tip culture anymore. I spent over 3k in tips in 2023 😵

So nowadays it’s 150-200 for a nice dinner for a meal that would cost 60-70 to make at home but I have to tip 30-40 dollars on top of the cost cause someone brought 4 plates at 2 drinks to my table

In DoorDash sometimes if I want extra cash.. had a woman once send me an entire paragraph apologizing that she didn’t tip well and saying she’s going through some stuff but wanted to get some food.

I actually love the tipping culture nothing toxic about it!!!! I make more than a nurse and I only work 4 days a week!! The good customers make up for the bad ones is how I looke it 🤷♀️

Tips for delivery should be based on distance driven or if there’s more than one bag, cost of the order is irrelevant to your tip, $2 is just fine
