Season the Shrimp In a bowl, coat the shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside. 2. Cook the Pasta Boil the linguine in salted water until al dente. Reserve about ½ cup of pasta water, then drain. 3. Cook the Shrimp In a large pan, melt 1 Tbsp butter with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook until pink, about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove from the pan, sprinkle with parsley, and set aside. 4. Caramelize the Onion In the same pan, add another drizzle of olive oil and melt the remaining 1 Tbsp butter. Sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat until softened and golden. Add spinach and mushrooms (if using) and cook until tender. 5. Make the Sauce Pour in the heavy cream, chicken bouillon, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy. Add pasta water as needed to adjust consistency. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. 6. Finish & Serve Toss the pasta into the sauce until fully coated. Return the shrimp to the pan and mix gently.
