I had to look it up, "omakase" is a Japanese term meaning "I leave it up to you" or "I trust the chef", which I think means the chef chooses the sauce lol

my uncle has a legit salt intolerance that's so severe that he calls it an allergy. he rarely eats out but when he does we have to go through explaining his entire medical condition bc no one believes
