I work with them. Not a lot of the H1B engineers are used to the work ethic in the US. It’s non stop work with overtime they start off fast but get burnt out by mid year

There are high schools in America that have IT academies. Theses kids are ready right out of high school, they learn whst they would have learned in college. They are everywhere!
