INGREDIENTS: * 9 - 9 1/2 cups; mixture of CHEX and CRISPIX cereals * 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips * 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter * 1/4 cup butter (room temperature) * 1 teaspoon vanilla * 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar DIRECTIONS: 1️⃣Measure cereal mixture into large bowl (choose which mixture of these cereals you like best) . I do a mixture of Corn Chex, Wheat Chex, Rice Chex, and CRISPIX cereals. Set aside. 2️⃣In microwavable bowl, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter for 60 seconds. ((works best when butter is room temperature before melting)). Remove and stir to combine. Microwave for 30 more seconds. Add vanilla. Stir until well melted and blended. Can add 10 to 15 seconds if needed for melting. 3️⃣Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring gently and until well combined, being careful not to break the cereal. Let cool for 3-4 minutes. 4️⃣Add half of the powdered sugar to a 2 1/2 gallon sized baggie. Add cereal mixture. Add most of the remaining powdered sugar. Seal bag. Gently toss back-and-forth to coat the cereal with the powdered sugar. Pour into large serving bowl.
