I just had a similar one. 6.7 pad wouldn't idle, threw a FPCV learned limit code. long story short, if you unplugged the VCC and pcv, I lost comm with pcm. the main pcm fuse (after the pcm relay)was

check the trans harness that runs from. under the seat under the body, over the drive shaft it splits trans then to the scr/dpf sensors. It can cause the same issues and blows the fuses.
