I think really what makes people give up on journaling is thinking there needs to be some sort of structure and some sort of rules when really it’s all up to you

i used to write in a diary in 2019-2020. its crazy to read back on it and SEE how far ive come compared to the things I wrote about. Gotta be proud🤩
