@georginaelizat: Tiramisu chia pudding I am sharing my top recipes from 2024. Although this one was divisive… it is high in protein and I think it is yum! Serves 2 1/2 cup / 86g chia seeds 2 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp vanilla bean extract 1.5 cup / 325ml milk 1 strong espresso shot (I used decaf coffee) 1.5 cup / 310g yoghurt 1 tsp cocoa powder Combine your chia seeds, milk, espresso shot, maple syrup, vanilla and 1 cup/ 230g yoghurt together. Place into cups/ jars and leave to set for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Once ready to eat, finish with the remaining yoghurt and cocoa powder.
