@mangotastes: First time making pavlova! This is was so yummy 🤍🍓 4 egg whites (around 140g of egg whites) 200g sugar 2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tsp corn starch Cream 200g whipping cream 1 tbsp icing sugar Baking instructions: Preheat oven to 130°C and bake for 10 mins. Then lower the temperature to 100°C and bake for another 90 mins. Once finished turn oven off and let the meringue cool down inside the oven for around 4 hours. #baking #pavlova #pavlovarecipe #pavlovacake
