I don’t think the steps are accurate! I went to sleep and woke up with 1909 steps tracked!!? Am I sleep walking😂 and I went to the gym, I don’t think it tracked the stairmaster but tracked the trdmil

No smart rings that are currently on the market can accurately or adequately measure blood pressure. The feature that this ring uses (PPG) isn’t an accurate read of BP. 😩
