I mean if hes financing his out the door wouldnt be the total cost of the car. Shes willing to tell him the full pricefor the car including fees but just cant calculate financing without a credit app

I’ve had good luck negotiating a price for a car over the phone. I much prefer doing this rather than going into the dealership to negotiate. You can simply hang up if someone is rude or pushy where you get swarmed at the dealership and it’s harder to get away.

Dealers don't have to sell to out of state buyers.If it makes sense then deal with the out of state customer but more focus on local and repeat business always wins!
