It will take it to another level😊🥳it makes it so much easier. U don’t even have to buy a pre-poo. Just simply use your conditioner to lightly detangle with your fingers (on soaking wet hair) .

if anyone feels “overwhelmed” abt these “rules” or doesn’t have time rlly , u honestly don’t need to prepoo unless you’ve gone a long time (at least two weeks) since washing or detangling

I use conditioner and water to detangle and section off my hair and let that sit from 30 mins-overnight and my hair has grown significantly

Saturating your hair long enough works just as well. Grew out of my prepoo phase a few years ago, water and gentle detangling prevents product build up.
