Can’t stress the “start over” part if the yeast doesn’t bloom…. Don’t think …eh it will be fine… bc it won’t! If it doesn’t bloom, it won’t rise!

I make artisan bread with 3 cups flour, 1tsp salt, 1/2 tsp yeast and 1 1/2 warm water and proof for about 3-6 hours, is this also an “artisan bread” what’s the difference?
