funny I agree with some others here never had a fraud problem with a check but several times have had fraud with my credit cards.

I'm from Singapore. Our banks don't issue checks anymore but just listening to Dean makes me want to withdraw my money and hide it under my mattress! 😁

I had 70,000 dollars stolen from a check in the mail. They wash all the amounts and fill in what they want. Banks are involved too. Just my opinion about banks

A lot of Contractors only take checks for services. They don’t want to deal with the processing of Debit or Credit cards.

Thank you. I'm a teller and we see this all the time. My coworker has been a teller for 40 years and she still uses checks to pay all her bills! She knows better but won't stop. It's a mind set!

Fraud should be rare today if only people set up alerts to be texted to them for any activities from their account but most people don't have alerts set up 😕

The only time I use checks now is if I go to a wedding and I’m giving a gift unfortunately I don’t like paying online, but that is the way things have gone the past few years.
