hey bro if you're trying to build muscle try pushing to 12 reps a set if you can, for bench I'd recommend 1-5;reps and keep adding 2.5kg to it a week, you'll progress pretty quick, but everyone is different that's what just works for me, plus getting a coach would be a good idea so they could give your session a bit more structure. can't wait to see you get big bro 💪✌️
