I have lupus. they think I could have MS and lupus is covering it but I don't have the specific lesions on my brain. I have white matter but the neurologist said not the lesions

I have every single symptom but they scanned me twice and said I’m fine. I “just” have EDS, POTS, GERD, Gastritis etc etc. Although I do believe EDS and MS are in the same family.
