This overnight Weetbix is high in protein, low cost and so simple to make. This recipe gets its protein from the protein powder and yoghurt. Macronutrients (without toppings) Calories: 349 Protein: 26g *exact protein content will depend on the brand, size and exact quantity of products used. INGREDIENTS 👩🏻🍳 ➡️ 2 Weetabix / Weetbix ➡️ 100g Greek yoghurt ➡️ 1/2 scoop vanilla @myprotein protein powder (use link and code in my bio for best discount) ➡️ 120ml milk Toppings ➡️ chopped strawberries ➡️ chocolate chips Method 1. To a dish / tub, add your 2 weetabix / weetbix and cover with milk. Leave for a few seconds and then mash together as shown. 2. Mix together your yoghurt and protein powder and layer on top 3. Add your toppings - I went for strawberry and chocolate chips 4. Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning.
