Prepare the doughs and let them rest for 30 minutes wrapped in plastic wrap. 2. Roll the doughs to the thickest setting on your pasta machine and cut each dough into strips about 5 mm (1/4 inch) wide. 3. Alternate the black and white strips to create a striped pattern. Gently flatten the striped pasta sheet with a rolling pin and trim the edges. 4. Pass the striped dough through the pasta machine, gradually thinning the dough to 1.2 mm thickness. 5.
