@strongandmobile: How to relieve stiffness & undo slouching: [Undo Slouching, Part 5] 1️⃣ Scapula Rotations -rotate one scapula at a time, with utmost intention -try to maximize the radius of rotation; big circles -feel your scapula and shoulder working together 2️⃣ Spinal Wave -reach as far down as you can; forward fold -it’s ok to bend your lower back (intentionally)! -un-roll all the way back up, slow and controlled 3️⃣ Puppy Pulse -get on your knees and hands/fingertips -arch your back and send your chest down -pulse up and down in the deepest point 4️⃣ Cobra Stretch -lay prone and place hands next to shoulders -press up like a hindu pushup and look up & back -open up your entire front side and BREATHE 5️⃣ Split Squat Lean -take a split squat stance, slightly wider apart than 90-90 -squat down and reach up and back with your hands -extend your entire front side as you look up at the sky 🫂 Send this to your friends and family~
