This is why I made all my babes food at home- it’s so easy and cheap to do and if you’re able to do so I highly recommend it.

My baby had gerber baby foods a few times and a couple weeks later his lead levels had changed drastically. He has been tested weeks prior n was fine, and in less than a month it changed yet 1/2

So much easier and safer making baby food from home. It’s as simple as using frozen fruit & veggies. Just steam and blend, add some honey or whatever. That way YOU KNOW what’s in it

Reason y I make my own though I’m exhausted 😩 n over stimulated. My baby had puréed n safe cut portions. So many wonderful recipes online from other mommas
