Get a full blood test if you haven’t already - vitamin D, Iron (take with vit c/orange juice) are v important, I’ve heard that MSM is good for hair growth usually I find it mixed in with other vits

I’ve used the max strength one and it helps grow and thicken hair, just expensive to maintain longterm. I’m not sure it helps with alopecia, minoxidil has been far more effective for regrowing edges

Girl try minoxidil while your doing the prp it’s doesn’t make your hair fall even if u didn’t have traction alopecia u will always be doing something to your hair to maintain it right to keep it

I'm going through this. I haven't used minoxidil yet as your hair falls out once you stop. I have started dermarolling hair oils, and read vitamins like stinging nettle, pumpkin seed and saw palmetto
