Its typically called hyper-intuition and a variety of other names. Sits comfortably in ADHD & Autism, and all of the linked comorbidities. It has caused me many arguements 😅 I’ve learnt to just observe, and not repeatedly ask “are you okay?”, etc.

My issue is how valid it is, these days it's so common people deny somethings wrong when it is, don't communicate & just complain to others instead of coming to you so you could fix whatever it is.
