@bradbernsteinlaw: Replying to @milena ruiz ✈️ Travel & Immigration: Puerto Rico to the U.S. Mainland ✈️ Brad explains that if you were born in Puerto Rico, you’re a U.S. citizen because Puerto Rico is part of the United States. Therefore, when you travel from Puerto Rico to the mainland, no one checks your immigration status since you’re traveling domestically. However, if you were born in another country and entered Puerto Rico without inspection, you’ve technically entered the U.S. without inspection. But once you’re in Puerto Rico, traveling to the mainland is considered domestic travel, so it’s unlikely that immigration checks would happen during that leg of your trip. 👉 Follow for more immigration insights! #ImmigrationLaw #PuertoRico #TravelTips #BradShowLive #SparAndBernstein #LegalHelp #KnowYourRights
