My derm told me to wash my hair every two weeks and alternate between two different dandruff shampoos plus the shampoo you were prescribed on the 3rd wash rotation. I use head and shoulders, neutrogena shampoo then the third week the one she prescribed

I have it as well. Cut back on dairy & sugar. Also have Dr. to prescribe flucinolone topical oil & triamcinolone lotion which is for scalp as well. Best trio for the condition

I did a lot of research on oils that is good for this condition because I have it too, MCT oil works best. Do some research and try it out, I hope it works for you 💜
