Reminds me of that urban legend of the woman who’s driving home in the dark and a car keeps speeding up behind her and flashing lights and then dropping back again. This keeps happening and freaks her out so she drives to a police station. The car follows her, speeding up and flashing his lights. They get to the station and she runs inside. The guy follows her and says “there’s someone in the back seat of your car. Every time he sat up I flashed my lights and he ducked back down.” 😱

Sounds like it was Jim. He knew she was suspicious of him so he made up the story and when they put up the cams he dressed in the hoodie to throw them off the trail. And he stopped cause of the police
