That looks like the infamous Cessna mechanism as used in various 177, 182 and 210 RG models. It is not known to be the most robust and reliable solution compared to competitors 😅

Cessna. Except if it fails in transit. Makes belly landing a problem. It needs to either be up or down.

Looks like a nice set up for a RC 737, the real one is a lot more complicated many more moving and each side with its own set up.
