@drvegan.clips: Vegan Philly cheesesteak✨🧀 In a bowl combine -1 tsp miso paste -4 tbsp soy sauce -2 tbsp nutritional yeast -1 tsp paprika powder -1/2 tsp garlic powder -Salt & pepper to taste -4 tbsp vegetable oil Cut -2 x 6 oz tofu blocks Into strips, add to the marinade and combine. Place on a baking tray and bake at 350F/180C in a pre heated oven for around 15-20 mins. To a pan add -1 tbsp vegan butter -1 onion, diced And sauté for until soft and caramelised. Add the tofu to the pan and mix.
