Those crying out that this was a clear PK, I can assure you if Saliba also went down holding his head the way Pedro did, that would have been called a collision and nothing awarded. just bcoz Pedro acted out he was awarded the pen but it wasn't deemed even a foul coz not even a card was issued. Fouls resulting into PK always get cards being showed.
