I’ve found a slightly assisted final rep has felt more effective than slightly worse form. However if I don’t have a partner, I’ll go for maybe 1 after I cant keep technique but not push it too far.

The majority of your reps should be with proper form , but yeah it’s totally fine and normal for your form to decline during your last few reps.

I think where the injuries come from is people using ‘cheat reps’ for every rep and lifting a weight that’s too heavy for them to life with good form. So eventually they’ll hurt themselves

pure fax tbh, also strict form is better regardless cause to grow you need to progressive overload over time, without standardised form like swinging hard to track and progress each week
