Get her a plushie with fur to pluck! I've had trich since I was an infant but I started coping with picking the fur out of plushies instead (I was too young to remember *why*) 😅

my adhd meds gave me paranoia anxiety so bad that I would pick at my scalp and face NONSTOP my face was so gross and broke out all the time my hair was so greasy from touching it all the time-
