for the motion blur, when you mean smaller number vs. higher number, is it still looking at shutter speed as a fraction? so like 1/60 is a higher number/fraction than 1/1000?

I’m so confused by what you mean by the shutter speed because if it’s 1/60 for example or lower end of the scale the BRIGHTER the pic with be versus if it’s 1/500 or more for example the darker it will
