California is a very democratic liberal state. Do you think they are gonna listen to republican Trump? Yeah, no. Instead, they cut budgets, which then made the house insurance companies say well we’re not gonna cover fire insurance if your cutting this much of the budget to help first responders, the fire fighters and their gear to be able to put out the fires. Then you had the water reserve, that was drained for repairs, yet that’s been on hiatus for almost a year now. You have LA who has had record low in rainfall this last year, so water shortage was already high, & you had record highs of rainfall from the year before, which made all this new foliage of under brush grow, then dry out from no rain, making it the perfect kindling to catch so easily and spread so fast. … So so much happened in the last year that was a perfect storm, a domino effect for this tragedy. …. What did the politicians really think was going to happen when they cut $17.5 million from the first responders fund. . Yes, Bass is a crappy Mayor but it takes more than just her to agree to that huge cut. .. People couldn’t even use personal hoses to water down their roofs and trees to try & save their home or their neighbors, cuz the water was cut off or was coming out as a trickle amount. .. I mean, the people of Southern California were absolutely let down by the people/ the politicians who run their State, that run their county. They were absolutely let down.
