😞 felt this. PPD and PPA was so bad with my kids and lingered and then months even years after I thought I was better it came back full force and was heavy so heavy I didn’t even feel alive anymore. Time heals and so does Jesus.

After losing my middle son at 14 i would think “if i just let go of the wheel, i wouldn’t feeling this pain/darkness/loss anymore” then immediately see my 13 and 16 yr olds faces.

I buried my daughter in 2015 and I still can't shake the thoughts. her birthday was 2 weeks ago Sunday and the anniversary of her death is next month. this time of year is always so brutal for me.
