Ship restriction is 100x worse than barracks on the ship they take your phone yes the phone you pay for, you muster 4 times a day with MAs and you can not eat outside food, they also take your CAC.

I don't know if they still do this, but when my dad was a doctor in the Navy they put sailors on bread and water in the brig at Terminal Island.

I’m a MA on the Lincoln all restrictees do is muster all day, have no phones, or cac, and can’t leave the ship in ports ofc, once they get an infraction while restricted is when things get worse!
