@fitzyelifts: I’ve always been told to use spirulina for my iron deficiency and lack of energy sometimes, and also because i need more protein for my fitness goals, but every time I tried it I hated the taste it tastes like chlorella and has a strong smell. So I decided to try the blue spirulina which doesn’t have that taste at all. When I mixed it into this bowl, it felt like I was eating ice cream!! Refreshing and super tasty. Just make sure to add more ice cubes than I did to get a really thick and consistent texture!
