How to garden for CHEAP ⬇️ The pressure is REAL🫣. It seems like everyone is putting in pretty raised bed gardens right now, and I get it! They are easy to work in, they look great, but they can be EXPENSIVE. We’re talking close to $200 for only 25 square feet of gardening space 😬...and that doesn’t even include the soil and compost to fill the thing. When we moved to our new homestead this spring, I almost fell for it! I felt the pressure to make those pretty raised bed gardens that you see all over Pinterest and Instagram, but I’m WAY too practical for that. Instead, I put in an entire 1300 square foot garden for a whopping $200. 💰$100 to rent a tiller (I use no-till methods going forward) 💰$100 on composted manure from my raw milk farm 💫Done! And guess what? I had a STELLAR harvest. 🙌🏼 This isn’t a fluke, either. I’ve used in-ground gardens at all 3 of our homes in the past 16 years, and they did great! Sand, clay, rocks, zone 6, zone 3, I’ve done it all. 🙌🏼 Yes, there are some unique circumstances where raised bed gardens ARE your only option (mobility issues, rental properties, etc.), but for 99% of you out there... you can totally go this route and I want to normalize the humble in-ground garden! However, it does take a bit of planning and work to pull it off! You’ll be disappointed if you just pull up the grass and dump your plants straight into the compacted ground. So, I would love to teach you exactly what to do, and when to do it, so you can have an amazing, thriving garden space 🥦🥕🍆🍅... without spending a fortune! My course “How to Plan a Garden: Step-By-Step” will absolutely help you achieve that (and more!), and it’s currently ON SALE for a few more days! Wahoo! 💫 Click the link in my bio to access the course and use my discount code GARDEN24 for 20%! You can literally pick up this course for the same cost as 10 square foot raised bed… NO BRAINER, lol. I can’t wait to have you! ☺️
