Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Add the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for about 10 minutes to combine the flavors. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the soup to thicken slightly. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. I made this twice. it is so good. I did add pepper flakes 1/2 tsp when adding the heavy cream for a Lil more bite
