The cleanse is brutal. I felt so weak for a few days. But they found 3 pre cancerous polyps so that short term inconvenience saved my lift. That was 3 yrs ago. I have to do another this year.

My sister prepped for her colonoscopy, arrived for her appt the next morning, & was told the appt wasn’t until the following week.🤣 Fortunately, they were able to fit her in that day.

Both my mom and boyfriend did liquid diets 2 days before taking the prep. Apparently it makes the prep a lot less brutal
