Tip for buying shoes, go to nordstrom rack! They have some older models of the popular shoes. (Asics, brooks, sauconys, hokas) a good way to save some money. You can always splurge later on. 🥰

Even better than distance is running by time and pace. Run really slow for a specific amount of time.

breathing tip is SO TRUE. ran 2 5ks on sat and sun. Sunday I deliberately focused on my breathing and I actually ran faster and was less tired!
