No neck, chest, arms, etc. Even if someone wants a beauty makeup during Halloween, it’s $350, because space is limited and those dates are hot commodities. 😈 I tell my students the lowest they should START at for Halloween is $100. And that’s ONLY if they’re having anxiety quoting $150 or $250+. A healthy range for Halloween makeup, face only, is $150 - $350.
