Can’t get over how good these airfryer lasagne wraps were 🤤 I’ve been seeing them everywhere so just had to try! What’s your fave way to use up leftover bolognese!? I’ve tried these, tacos, loaded fries, airfryer gnocchi, potato cubes and of course pasta now and they are all unreaaaallll! Bolognese is just the GOAT, am I right?!?! Ingredients (for 1 wrap): 1 tortilla wrap 30g lasagne white sauce 50g grated mozzarella & cheddar cheese mix (you could sub for reduced fat cheese to reduce cals) 1/5 of the bolognese recipe below!* 👇🏼 To make the wraps: Spread 1/2 of the white sauce onto the centre of the wrap. Add the bolognese (I reheated mine in the microwave for 2 mins first) followed by 1/2 of the cheese.  Fold either side in and then roll it up, tucking it under as you go so it holds together nicely! Spread the remaining white sauce over the top followed by the remaining cheese and pop it into the airfryer for a few minutes until melted and crispy 😍 Leave to cool for 5 mins, then cut in half and enjoy! *For the bolognese I thought I’d use this recipe as most people use 500g mince at a time. You could batch cook 5 wraps or use the leftovers in pasta, potatoes, tacos etc. 1/2 tbsp olive oil 1 onion⁣⁣⁣ 1 carrot⁣⁣⁣ 1 celery⁣⁣⁣ 2 crushed garlic⁣⁣⁣ cloves 500g 5% fat beef mince⁣⁣⁣ 1 tbsp tomato purée⁣⁣⁣ 1 tbsp Worcester sauce⁣⁣⁣ Dash of soy sauce Salt + pepper⁣⁣⁣ 1 tbsp mixed herbs⁣⁣⁣ 1 tin of tomatoes 1 beef stock pot⁣⁣⁣/ cube ⁣⁣⁣ Cook the veg in the oil until softened.⁣⁣⁣ Add the garlic and the mince and cook until browned, then add the tomato puree, the herbs and seasonings, the Worcester and soy sauce, stock and tinned tomatoes along with 1/4 can full of water.⁣⁣ Stir and leave to simmer for at least 20 mins (the longer the better really!) ⁣⁣ 1/5 of the Bolognese recipe alone contains 182 cals and 23g protein 👍🏼 Cals - 565 Carbs - 35g Fat - 24g Protein - 39g #lasagnewrap
