Casey Colvin was seen kneeling at his neighbor's gate as his gray dog runs down the hill toward him. Colvin had been desperately trying to reach his rescue dog, Oreo, since the Pacific Palisades fire broke out early last week. When evacuation orders came down, Colvin was at work.
