A7III is out dated .. better A7IV .. in 2025 even A7V is already announced ( maybe Q3) . But 4 is better than 3

A7iii user here, cons to the camera are 8 bit color, only 30fps at 4k, and screen only tilts. That being said I have no plans on upgrading soon. Been a super solid hybrid camera all around

Go with the a6700 if u want a hybrid camera for the same price. 24mp, 10-bit vs 8-bit, 4K-120 vs 4k-30, IBIS, AI auto focus, and a lot more features. A7III is DATED there’s better for the same price
