You’ve lost safety within your body… You’ve lost confidence in your body… The anxiety of not knowing if you’re coming back to early… Or you regret not trying to come back sooner. The safety needs to return! So you can gradually build the confidence back to help you perform. Take away all of this noise, whack on some focus music (no lyrics), focus on the breath, and count your steps to the song! You’ll be back to where you want to be in no time!
