If there is anything you do early postpartum it would be these exercises!! And It’s never too late to start! If you are vaginal birth you most likely can start these right away, depending on how you and your whohaaaa feel 😅 If you are c-section or hysterectomy, wait until you are cleared by provider to begin any exercise. Typically that will be 6 weeks. Put these on repeat maybe 2-3x a week for the first 4-6 weeks before advancing exercises.
