Details: • High-Quality Upload: Activate by going to Settings > Account > Data Usage > Toggle on “High quality upload”. • Connection: Upload using a reliable WiFi connection. • In-App Settings: Select high-quality uploads within the Instagram app. → 3.) Export Settings for Premiere Pro: * Format: H.265 * Resolution: 1080x1920 * Target Bitrate: 13 Mbps * Quality: Enable “Render at maximum quality”. → 4.)
