from the videos ive seen, u wanna mix the active starter with the water first then add you flour+salt. do about 4 sets of stretch+folds with 30 mins inbetween them, then bulk ferment for anywhere (1)

Sourdough baking is a science mate! I recommend you use the same recipe and change 1 thing each time to find what works for you the best. Bulk fermentation is the hardest part, good luck!!

cycle/feed your starter a few times, to get strength, before attempting a loaf. also use high protein bread flour, above 12.5%. A visit to marks and sparks is a good idea for flour. good luck!

(2) from 4 hours-overnight in the firdge, proof in the basket, score it THEN bake 35 mins in a preheated dutch oven (covered) then uncovered for around 10mins

If tips really are welcome … don’t put salt and starter in at the same time. Salt an hour or so after starter. Salt kills the starter bacteria
