With corporation tax at 20% on the 50k then 8.75% on that 50k as well 28.5% tax, more than paye tax…so not saving paying more.

If your employer agreed to pay you like this you will then need Insurance, Tax advisor, Health and Safety experience. A pension scheme. You will receive no holiday pay. Lose redundancy rights.
