@genericartdad: These are the most common / interesting neurodivergent jobs I heard from people. I’m sure neurotypicals enjoy them too! I’m sure there are so many more that I’m still getting to. Data Analyst Mental Health Care Professional (Therapist, Psychologist, Social Care Worker) Struggling with employment. Paralegal Outreach coordinator for Nonp Quality improvement manager for mental health services Strategy and risk management History museum technician Project manager for construction company Stage hand Park ranger Corp concierge Locations / fields Arts and music center College Theatre Nonprofit health insurance Public health Museum Credit union

I work in collection management (library/archival technician type work) at a national library, and I can tell you for a fact that me and most of my coworkers are neurodivergent. You get to put things in order according to a set of strict rules and you can delve into some super niche and unexpected topics. It’s also mostly independent with a scattering of collaboration with like minded individuals. Super recommend.

Problem with paralegal: you get yelled at for unfair reasons (attorneys and gov clerks aren't always nice to us). If you have a strong sense of justice it might not be a good fit.

For a late diagnosed adult (read over 25 with bills to pay), the number of these that require education and or years to reach a livable wage is depressing/unattainable
